How to Book
Referral
A referral letter from your GP or another specialist is helpful but not required — self-referrals are welcome. Simply contact the clinic directly to arrange your consultation.
Insurance Authorisation
If you are using private medical insurance, please obtain a pre-authorisation code from your insurer before your appointment where possible.

Insurance & Self-Funding
Funding Your Treatment
Miss Fallaize accepts both insured and self-funding patients. She works with most major insurance providers. Some insurers can be billed directly by the clinic, others may require you to pay the bill and reclaim from them afterwards.
